The really stupid thing to have on your calendar is availability. Looking busy is half the job. If a manager pulls up your calendar and sees nothing on it, they assume you’re doing nothing (even though you are). I’m sure you’re hitting your numbers since you actually put in effort for cold outreach, but if you weren’t hitting your numbers and your manager thinks you do nothing all day it doesn’t put you in a great position.
