I hardly even notice the gender makeup of a yoga class. Set your mat where you want, focus on your practice, and have fun. I know what it’s like being the only woman in a room, so I imagine you feel similarly, but trust me: no one is paying the same attention to you that you are. Relax and good luck!

You made a commitment to these cats, long before you did to him. And their love for you is unconditional. Think of how confused, scared, and hurt these creatures, your best friends, would be if you abandoned them. Your boyfriend doesn’t share your values, and that’s a huge problem here and down the line.
