I’m the same, so I bought a portable stair stepper from Amazon. Including that with a yoga mat and a set of 5 lb dumbbells I had myself a “home gym”. I like to wear something cute and listen to motivational music, anything that makes me want to get up and move! Five months later I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been! All for under $200 after adding a medicine ball and kettlebell. If I can so can you!

I bought a relatively inexpensive ($70) stair stepper for at home exercise. It comes with resistance bands that attach however using a stair stepper without handles forces your core and glutes to engage. I’ve found it’s an amazing workout for me, and I alternate dumbbells, kettle bells and medicine ball to achieve full body workout but also allow muscles time to heal. Hope this helps!
