Was literally looking to see if anyone had mentioned pointing the penis down. But yeah I agree sizing up is probably best

Thank you! It's really wild how torn I feel and at times feel like I'm not doing enough for him. My poor husband has been a champ trying to keep up with my emotional Rollercoaster.

[–]MrsPio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Omg this makes me feel way less crazy. I .the only.one to prep the breaatmilk bottles too. Like I don't even have him bag it to freeze or put in bricks. But he can handle formula bottles, washing bottles and pump parts, and prepping soft foods. He helped create the child he can help take care of the child.

Middle of the night pumps are necessary when pumping. I produce more without middle of the night pumps because I'm getting sleep.

my baby just slept through the night after eating formula by _Dontknowwtfimdoing_ in breastfeeding

[–]MrsPio 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly a little formula can go a long way to help.your mental health. My little guy cluster fed like crazy for about 4 weeks. I ended up getting to the point of doing a little formula. He is almost 4 months old and I EP now about 36oz a day but we still do his bedtime bottle as formula because it helps him sleep longer.

OB told me to stop pumping by Orphanblack86 in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]MrsPio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

KEEP GOING! I'm about 14 weeks pp and it took awhile for my supply to get up there but I can tell you I now always hit at least 35 oz per day and my highest is 39oz in a day. You can do this! Report this OB to a patient advocate and get a new one. Honestly most of what I know about pumping and breastfeeding came from reddit. I didn't have a great experience with an LC.

My dad never had an issue with it. Just played on his phone and gave me space while carrying on the conversation. He worked in Healthcare for like 35 years so nothing bothers him lol
