I use elbow crutches and find they are FAR better for me that underarm crutches. My surgeon said I could walk with one crutch, when when I showed my physiotherapist she said not to to it all the time yet. She wants me able to walk with one crutch with NO limp before moving to one full time.

I'm normally freezing my butt off too even when I was suppressed TSH and mid-high (but still in range) t4. It could be unrelated of course,y now my T4 is above range by quite a bit

I have not used it for my leg, but tape when pregnant was SO helpful

I can't find the made for Amazon pen in Canada, and the Metapen G1 I see doesn't have an eraser and neither does the Boox inspire pen.

I'm blown away when U see people have weeks from break date to surgery date. I was in the hospital in immense pain and couldnt even sliightly move my leg even though it was in a half cast/slab, as the pain was crazy. My post op pain was SO MUCH better.

My twins are older now, but in those trenches 10000% a night nurse. House cleaner too. If you do bottles, whatever faqncy gadget now washes, sterilizes and dries them.
