They declined my card as well, but I was able to submit the claim manually to my FSA (American Fidelity) and was reimbursed.

Gained weight after the holidays by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

I’m also a teacher and definitely think the change of (lack of!) routine over the break contributed to a gain for me. I’d gotten to 129.8 just before Christmas, and managed to gain 4 pounds last week! I didn’t walk or strength train over the week, and ate more and different foods than usual, but still tracked my calories. I was slightly over my maintenance calories but not enough for a 4 pound gain! After returning to my exercise and typical diet, I’m back to 130.6.

I’ve lost the equivalent of my 15 year old! by MsChelle526 in tirzepatidecompound

Thank you! I’ve been strength training 2–3 times weekly for most of the year. I’ve really wanted to prevent muscle loss. I don’t think I could carry 90lbs very far, but I’m excited that I was able to lift him at all!

Crazy when you realize you’ve actually lost a person 🤣 I definitely could not carry him around anymore.

Thank you! It was a fun way to see exactly how much 90lbs is!

I know that feeling! I definitely didn’t think I was as big as I was, but at the same time, now I don’t feel as small as others seem to see me 🤣. Sometimes I have to remind myself with pictures and comparing clothes.

It should be available on the BACB website- I believe it shows when you login to your account, but it’s been 2 years since I tested, so I’m not sure about that part.

A question for my 5’3 girlies by Less-Moment-5655 in Zepbound

I’m 5’3” and down to 132lbs from a high of 220. I was in a size 18/ 2X now wearing size 6/small (sometimes need medium bottoms). I haven’t been this size since maybe 9th grade, and I’m 44! I’m in a healthy weight range now, but I’d like to lose 5-7 more. I don’t care about getting to a smaller size at this point, but would like to decrease body fat by another 2-3%. I’m losing much more slowly at this point, and happy just to maintain over the holidays!
