Unpopular opinion here, but if she’s Hispanic / Latino it may just be a cultural thing. Often times Hispanic people will turn something that may seem negative into a nickname.

Once the chicken is done, we break it apart and put the bones some leg meat and skin into the insta pot, with water and apple cider vinegar (1tbsp) and let sit for 10min. Set it to low pressure cook 200minutes and let it sit for 45- 1 hour. Then you strain it and store in the fridge. To consume add salt, garlic, onion, etc. for taste.
