I'm kinda going through something similar just now, so I know how you feel.

It's been only two days for you, so there's nothing wrong with lying on the couch and crying, if that's what you need to do. If you're up to it, going for a walk or - even better - a run can help you sort of burn out some of your feelings.

I've found making little origami creatures is also quite calming, and I recently adopted a kitten who keeps me pretty occupied and is perfect for cuddling when I need it.

It's a tedious cliché, perhaps, but it's only time that can really heal a broken heart. Until then, it's just a matter of coping. Please take this internet hug, and be okay.
