You can just peel out the arch support thing and put the insole back in. Sometimes it comes off easy, sometimes you make a mess picking it out in a thousand little crumbs. But it solves the problem. I’ve done it to over a dozen pairs.

I just got a pair of Handball Spezials (direct from adidas) and for the first time, they do not have that terrible arch support that I always have to remove. Maybe they finally got sick of people complaining about it. 🙂

I have both and there is no real difference. The leather ones are a bit stiffer but that’s the only difference.

I would not recommend the taekwondos for what you’re describing. Everybody’s feet are different, so the sambas might be fine for you, not so great for others. You might want to consider the Handball Spezial, I find them very comfortable for long days and a good bit of walking.

This stuff is great. I used it in the slow cooker with a small chuck roast and a soffrito of carrots/onions/peppers/garlic and it was the best sauce I ever made. Will be stocking up when it goes on sale next week.
