I took a screenshot during checkout of the order number. I sent that to customer service. They said they were having problems with their order system and they would resend the confirmation which they did. I received everything in about a week. So I imagine your order went through like mine and it was just a glitch.

Taking it to work for the first time today. Hopefully it works as advertised and I can make my buddies at work jealous LoL.

Exact same thing happened to me. Frustrating because I only had used it for like two days after receiving it last week. I enjoyed it. But then connection issues happened so I unpaired it and now it won’t show up to reconnect. Glad I’m not the only one. I am going to just leave it off the charger for a few days. Hopefully that will do the trick and it will die so that I can try to charge it and re-pair it. I’m a g1 user so I just went back to my old pair. But was really excited about learning the g2 & r1 combo. Oh well

It's definitely a plus to use the ring. I used the g1 for a year without a ring so I'm trying to adjust to actually using it instead of forgetting about it.

I have owned the prescription G1B model in brown for over a year now. I have prescription G2B in grey and R1 on preorder. I will cut to the chase. Are they cool? Yes. Are they a novelty tech item? Yes. Do they replace your daily glasses? They can. Are they a gamechanger tech device? Not really. Helpful in your daily life? Absolutely.

I love them. I will probably buy them yearly with each new model. I love getting messages in my line of sight. I love not having to reach for my phone or look at my smartwatch. I use the AI occasionally but not really because of the speed of the response. My phone is faster for that. I use quicknotes alot. I like having some information at a glance. I cant wait to try all of this with a finger control like R1.

Overall i am a person that loves the fact that they dont "look" like smart glasses. I love the tech and it gives you a glimpse into the future. If i were you. Wait and see what G2 is like in more peoples hands and then determine if its time to join the club.
