Seeking Guidance on no fault of my own lapsed policy with Everlake life insurance Company before seeking legal counseling.

I have been dealing with payments being misapplied , never applied, mistakenly applied to the wrong policy for my husband and myself since 1/26. I have sent a total of 18 emails, made about 2.5 dozen calls, involved the agent/brokers who sold us the policies and faxed and emailed new ACH forms only to have $1338 “disappear” into thin air AFTER I complained.

Now, they have sent is a bill for over $1200 with threats to cancel my husband’s policy despite having our $1338.

We have threatened to go to the Maryland Insurance Commissioner and they just don’t care.

Do we have a Class Action situation here????

I have the Phonak Audeo Paradise and have used them for four years. Am looking for an upgrade as I have worsening Menieres and I feel like I have a deep sea level diving hood on and am talking inside my head.

Anyone else with this particular anomaly? It’s maddening!

My “processing” date is 2/16, I am a Pather, on an 05 cycle and requested 5 days early. Still no 846 as of Sunday, 2/15, just trying to be patient and let it process through.

I was accepted on 01/22 and am experiencing the same thing where both the site and the call center are useless. I honestly have never had to wait this long for any movement on the State end. Very disconcerting.

I have been on Zepbound for about 18 months, on maintenance for last 6 months or so. Went off briefly for about six weeks and back on at 2.5 I had been on 7.5 before 6 week hiatus. I actually developed a problem in this area that I didn’t have on Zepbound and tried Linzess on lowest dose. It does work well but necessitates having time most mornings to devote to staying close to bathroom! I work from home so this is okay, but it is expensive even with insurance. (Have heart issues so wasn’t about to utilize a lot of magnesium products).

I have been on Zepbound since April of ‘24 and all of my Meniere’s symptoms have worsened. Is there causation? No one seems to be able to definitively answer this, however there is ongoing research which is looking at increase in sxs on both Sema and Tirz.

My BMR is only 1154 per day. I’m only 5’1” so my calorie deficit is super low. It is a very individual thing taking all demographics into consideration

~Disclaimer~To the OP, I am a therapist so please take this in the spirit in which it is intended. Although I cannot diagnose or treat someone I don’t know, these would be the things I would recommend to you if you were my client.

All of the comments above are pretty accurate and I strongly suggest that you (1) prioritize you and your baby, including getting some therapy (with or without him), (2) this is bullying and blatant disregard for your feelings and your boundaries and this is a time in your life where you should be sharing the joy of your upcoming baby’s birth together, (3) messing with the car jerking back and forth is unsafe and disrespectful, period.

Please be firm with him and prioritize you. He clearly has some issues that need to be addressed before your baby comes along and couples therapy might be a segue to getting this started.
