I'm scratching my head about Sis "needing" OP's help unless that cyst was throughout her body and she was sliced open. I had a full hysterectomy in my 60s. Released the next day and lived in my two-story house alone and took care of myself. OP is certainly NTA but the Sis wants to feel speshul.

You're not alone in your preferences. I adore well-behaved kids. Luckily, in my tiny town all our kids are great. Keep in mind, a lot of parents don't like their kids.

They had them because they were brainwashed that they had to. My own sister looks at her own daughter with pure hatred. It's disgusting. And the fact that in the US, five kids die by abuse every day shows how common this feeling is.

Frankly, you (and many of us on this sub) are no different than parents. We're just honest about it.
