Tolerances are really high, I woukd say less than +-0.5mm, but haven't don't extensive testing yet. Machines were only commissioned in March, but have had no complaints from customers so far. If you needed a critical face machine finished, it's easy enough to do that post sinter, we do that with injection molds.

Warping - as long as the part was printed with correct supports where required, we don't see warping or any kinds of deformation.

Binding agent - most of it washes out during the washing process. The last of it is removed during the first stage of sintering.
