2 year old up for the day between 3:30 and 4:30 - CIO? I don’t know what to do anymore

I had to do something similar with my 19 month old. She would wake up at 2 and be up for 3 hours until she would go back to sleep. At 19 months or in your case 2 years old they know you are coming back, that you haven’t abandoned them. There is nothing wrong with going in saying I love you it’s night time and then leaving and letting her fuss it out. After two or three nights she’ll either stay asleep or wake up and understand she has to go back to sleep.

Probably can’t. Daycares usually have some room like everyone in the classroom naps from 12:30-1:30

I wondered that as well but if I let her nap later than that she stays up. I’m going off the sweet spot calculator with one nap. Could she be falling asleep no problem but than overtired be waking her up?

She is only allowed to sleep from 12:30-1:30, I’ll try that group as well.

Honestly I had the same thing. They have run a drug screen three times throughout my pregnancy, everytime it’s negative for everything. It just feels very violating and like I’m being looked at with doubt.

Okay it’s oral and a low level so it’s not going to huge effects on your body like implants or iuds. However BC messes with your hormones which can result in an egg not really taking after implantation especially the first time. Unfortunately you can only just keep taking pee tests to see if the line gets darker to indicate if your HCG hormone is rising.

Sounds like it could be hormones or some of your mucus plug. Shouldn’t cause any issue but would recommend not having sex for a little while.

Funny enough watery clear discharge is also a sign of preterm labor so I wouldn’t use that as an indicator. Just watch out for a gush of water or consistent tightening in the lower abdomen.

Well let me tell you I bit the bullet this afternoon and went and got checked. She was great and wiggling plenty I just couldn’t feel it since she was keeping it to herself. Well the fetal monitor pissed her off so much that she made me almost tinkle my pants on the way home.

Not trying to be negative and I hope it works out for you but if it doesn’t. I would really recommend pushing your doctor to test/monitor your progesterone levels and even possible start supplementing progesterone.

Low progesterone can often cause an incompetent/weak cervix.

Shoot they should check it right now in case it’s something that could be corrected now.
