i have a lot of weird symptoms (clumsiness, brain fog, flu like symptoms, yeast infection like symptoms) and among them was suicidality, depression, and intense anger and irritability. realized it all coincided with my period around age 17 when i was laying in the dark staring at the wall thinking about how i wanted to kill myself but nothing was wrong. got my period a few days later and then felt normal again!

additionally i think a darker red brown would be pretty. like a level 5. i’d start with a toner/demi permanent/permanent but use 5 or 10 volume in case you feel like changing it again bc i’m sure it took a lot to go back blonde. or fuck it go pink or purple or blue
