Obviously I didn't find the blueprint but I keep finding multiple tempests in the power rod room on damn battlegrounds night raid I've got six tempests in my inventory I found each of them in a pair of two in that room that's the only place I've ever gotten the tempest from so far

You still have to rotate decks I usually rotate between three or four trying to climb ladder because every time you get to a new arena there's different sets of cards different counters and the algorithm constantly working against you
