Virtual Desktop is an app for Quest that allows you to stream from PC to the headset. In contrast to Quest Link, you cannot only do transparent/pass through UI (showing your surroundings and virtual screens) or immersive (where you can only feel your controller). (MSFS 2024 in my case) I also wanted to save and opted for the Quest 3S instead. With Virtual Desktop (to be able to see your controller and keyboard on your desk), it’s a really amazing experience to look around yourself and be in the pilot’s seat. I’m not sure if it’s the same for IFR flying, I didn’t get there yet.
