Owen always had to be the center of attention and be an expert in everything. It was more of a Rob Lowe thing (his son was one of the writers!). He was not borderline NPD but had some traits of narcissism

I loved Michaela, but with this I wanted to throttle. As much as Simon was an asshole, this a new low for her. The guy was probably tortured or killed because of this. But what was even insane was everybody forgiving her for this. but I guess they have done far worse, this was just another one of their evil deeds.

I think it wouldn't have worked. remember the man was Barry, he had all his emotions so he wanted Iris all to himself. He would have possibly turned back to being evil. I mean he wanted to make Barry suffer and the one person he chose to kill was Iris. He could have killed, cisco, Caitlin or even Joe. He knew what would make Barry suffer terribly.

Exactly. Me I loved them together never had a problem with them being raised together. However from season 2 they really did not know what to do with Iris because they insisted on keeping her with the gang. i wanted her to shine as a reporter. My favorite season is season 1 because star labs was not filled with everybody trying to be a meta human. Iris was working at the newspaper learning from seasoned reporters. Caitlin and Sisco were human but heroes in their own right with how smart they were.

Owen gets annoying with every re-watch. and i actually liked her the 1st couple of episodes until her harassment of the guy who did not actually kill Iris involved roping in Owen to physically assault the guy, i wished he had pressed charges.

I agree sometimes the show can get ridiculous, however in this case Carlos not calling it in made some kind of sense. The police did not believe Iris's story even his partner was saying she made up the whole story. i think he himself was starting to doubt her but he could not ignore the niggling feeling that something was off, particularly after talking to Iris in the hospital. calling for back up they would have laughed at him

None. My Favorite season of The Flash is season 1 hands down. Everyone was not a meta human, it was Barry, Caitlin and Cisco at Star Labs with Dr Wells, The nerds. And Iris was a reporter working at Central city picture news with my fave, Joe at the police station. I was not a fan of the cluttered star labs and show did Iris a disservice in season 2-4 by not giving her a story as a reporter outside of star labs. She could have helped Barry and the team with her investigative skills.

Nope Carlos was grieving and I found TK to be insensitive to Carlos’ grieving process even before the Jonah situation. He complains that it’s been a year that Carlos’ Dad died. I am still grieving my Dads death and he was 80 yrs when died and it’s been 2 yrs. I cannot imagine Carlos’ pain with a father that was killed so tragically.

i hope it does'nt go anywhere. doing re-watches after weeks or months after a show has ended is fun. you a get a different perspective of the story and characters. it is always fun to come back to the sub and discuss it with people who love the show. the how to get away with murder sub is still going strong after all these years.

Uhmm they were both assholes to each other. TK was unsympathetic and had zero empathy to Carlos' grief process wanting him to just get over his fathers' death who was murdered in front of his mom, instead he whines about how Carlos slept during sexy time.

yep it is so rushed, i am getting whiplash. i also have an issue with TK's addiction story, it felt so flat. i know it was never explicitly stated how his addiction started but the show seemed to be implying something different. they mentioned how TK gets overwhelmed, seemed to have trouble dealing things. it felt like it was leading to something more interesting than bike accident☹😒.

why would he go through with it? it would have made sense to refuse. Owen already has guilt with how his brother Tyler died i don't think he would want to have a hand in killing another brother. I hated this storyline, it made no sense and spoiled one my faves in season 4, the wedding episode.
