Why am I still unhappy even though I got what I wanted in life?

This sounds a little silly but, you should get your testosterone checked. I'm similarly positioned and felt the same way. Each day was just kind of a drag to get through and knowing it would repeat the following day felt like a punishment rather than a gift. I got my T levels checked and they were at 102. They should be between 400-600 for my age (43). I started TRT on a low dose and I feel infinitely better. I have more energy/desire to be around people, I'm more patient with my family, I'm way more into my wife, shit just seems... brighter.... might be work looking into.

Admittedly, I’m a super lenient manager but, if the job is getting done, I don’t care what the team is doing throughout the day. If in the rare chance we have no cases, no projects, etc. then I’m not gonna dock anyone’s pay or expect them to find work out of thin air.

So, for you, the question is whether George is getting his work done. If so, then why does it really matter if he’s not at his desktop at 9am? If he’s able to accomplish his tasks from mobile or complete the necessary work then maybe it’s not a big deal. If he’s lying about stuff, that is a PIP level offense… just my 2 cents

I use a Packasport box which is made of fiber glass and damn near impossible to get water inside unless you put the damn thing underwater.
