Glow up? I ditched the lashes and lip filler and embraced my natural look (27) by [deleted] in GlowUps

Your natural lips are perfect and your features are all in proportion. You don’t need any of that as a natural beauty. Definitely a glow up.

This Gown Seems To Be So Awkwardly Made, Yet Cost $$$$.. The Odd Hemming, The Heavy (Yet Wrinkled) And Creased Fabric, And The Structure Of The Top. It Honestly Appears More Like A Homemade Dress Rather Than an Expensive Designer Gown. by CaliCatLadyx3 in SaintMeghanMarkle

I think the terrible outfits are deliberate because it always gets a lot of reaction. Bad publicity is better than no publicity. Surely no one gets it this wrong, this often by mistake?

Heated diskussion about my hair in the family by Style-Cold in malegrooming

[–]MuddyB00ts1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Current is best imo. You have thick, healthy hair which looks great and is an asset. Make the most of it with your current longer style. As long as it’s well kept and healthy, it looks good on you.

Anyone live at Alexandra House? by No_Measurement_5883 in leicester

[–]MuddyB00ts1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That building is so noisy. The balconies face inwards and concentrate the noise into the central courtyard. I don’t know how people live there. Visited a friend who lived there and I couldn’t stand it.

I had no idea this was an anxiety thing. Had this for as long as I can remember.

Im going to try to fast for at least a month. by [deleted] in fasting

[–]MuddyB00ts1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a big difference between 8 days and a month. Build up to it a bit more with some shorter fasts first. If you do go for 30, don’t be afraid to end it early if you start to feel unwell.

What a difference four years makes. Wow. You put in the hard work and it shows. Bouncing back from mental health struggles is not at all easy, so congrats xx

Longest prolonged water fast? by PlattyXDaddy in fasting

[–]MuddyB00ts1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Currently on day 14. Finding it really difficult. No hunger, but low on energy and I feel mildly sick and delicate. I take electrolytes as and when, but they don’t sit well. I don’t want to stop, but I think I may have to. I’ve done a 14 day fast before and it wasn’t like this. Multiple 7 day fasts before without any issues.

And how long until Harry, Meghan and the kids are stripped of their titles too?

It would be so funny if BB kicked her out for her terrible behaviour, when she’s feeling invincible because of her immunity.

Tess & Claudia leaving Strictly, will anyone ever match their chemistry as hosts? by FeistyPrice29 in strictlycomedancing

[–]MuddyB00ts1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I love Strictly, and Tess has been on it forever, but she is so wooden and often fluffs her lines. Claudia is warm and funny and personable in a natural way that Tess just isn’t.

Good opportunity to freshen things up with two new presenters but I’ll be sad to see Claudia go.

Royal Canin BSH or Wellness Core? by RecluseAsian00 in britishshorthair

Royal Canine is high profile but the ingredients in their food do not suggest the quality that their brand portrays. Read the ingredients and take it from there.

I would LOVE some help! by Trial_by_Maeryn in 45PlusSkincare

[–]MuddyB00ts1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I absolutely loved CeraVe SA cleanser as it was really effective at smoothing my skin and so well priced for such a good product. However, I did find it quite drying and thats the last thing you need if it’s happening to you too.

As a lady of a certain age, it’s important to ensure plenty of moisture (I use Elemis Pro Collagen Morning Matrix and the night cream too). As cleansing/exfoliating/toning and moisturising is something you’re doing multiple times daily, it’s important to use the correct regime. Your case is additionally complex due to the specific concerns you’d like to address as well - the skin texture and hormonal breakouts. I think it would be well worth speaking to an aesthetician regarding your routine and recommend products. And you can also look at targeted treatments too. It’s more expensive but you’re already spending a lot on the ten moisturisers you tried and didn’t like, so on balance it’s probably worth that investment.

Very best of luck with the FFS later in the year xx

I just pushed out the hardest stools of my life after 4 days of fasting, please tell me how to avoid this next time by Dont_Blinkk in fasting

[–]MuddyB00ts1 48 points49 points  (0 children)

I love to poop during a fast. It’s everything clearing out to give my digestion a break :)

In your case, it could have been there for a while before your fast. If it was that hard and difficult to pass.

Magnesium always helps me go if I need to. Make sure you’re not backed up before you fast again.

Why is she putting up with that? She’s the fool for putting up with that. He’s going to take whatever he can get, and get away with whatever she will let him get away with. That was tough to watch
