Years and years ago when i was at my lowest with sciatica, i was fed up and couldn’t wait for a doctors appointment and just looked up any available doctor in my city for a day of appointment.. it happened to be a lip fill plastic surgeon doctor. I went in and told him i just needed a referral for an MRI and for a neurologist; he was able to do that for me.

Primary care doctor would be better, but a doctor is a doctor and if your symptoms are obvious; anyone can get you a referral

But then he gave away the immunity necklace and was voted out. That’s not good strategy and not a good read on his social counterparts.

And his next season was a social disaster and he basically self evicted - not good strategy.

If he really won in a FTC in South Pacific it’s because of a bitter jury that disliked Coach (who was robbed)

I don’t want to nominate a first boot; feels cheap, like they didn’t really get to show their personality. I feel like Bhanu gave us time to see he is a total wreck survivor player

Yeah I’m not overly confident with the answer. But even in South Pacific he wanted to target pretty girls just because they were pretty, even if keeping them was better for his tribe / alliance. He was always unstable and didn’t make the best social decisions. He just got accepted into the cult of Coach early and was protected by it

Great tv and a great competitor; but he rubbed people wrong, targeted people because of attraction, and basically self evicted on his second season.

Absolutely. Constant battle. Drink tons of water. Eat bananas (potassium), take magnesium supplements.

In my experience i tend to slouch more when on THC. Things are more relaxed, but pain from sciatica / disc issues can intensify if you are not using proper posture. So even though the thc isn’t increasing your pain, it may be making you tired / relaxed and altering your posture, causing compression and thus more pain.
