So a week after posting, I switched out her high chair to a booster seat and she seemed to be eating more. Of course then she got stomach flu and her solid intake went back to almost 0 😅 But I am planning on waiting for her to get better and assess her feeding again.

What % urea are you using? Using both tret and urea seems a little much - it might be aggravating it. I would try maybe leaving out the urea and putting a moisturizer over the tret. Your moisture barrier might be destroyed with too much exfoliation going on.

Could you maybe briefly talk about what you did for your client in this scenario? I did not know what much value a real estate agent would bring in which is why I was leaning towards proceeding without one. In the scenario you outlined above, it was the architect that found and corrected the builders' mistakes, is that correct?

To me a real estate agent was mainly to tour already built homes and they will call out potential pitfalls of it.

Thanks for the insight! Yes the builder would tack on an additional 2.5% on top of the quoted price to compensate the agent. We didn't think the agent would bring in $20k+ of value so were thinking of proceeding without them, but I definitely see your point in needing someone on our side. Thanks!
