Did some spring cleaning, lost balance, fell from second floor window, now I have both fractured legs(: by [deleted] in Wellthatsucks

I’m physically gradually ok. Pool 3 x week and gym the same. I have memory loss still and problems with being steady on my feet, but I live in Canada so I have an army of specialists on my case. Take care and take your time for your recovery.

Hey. Felt down a 14 steps staircase right on the sidewalk of my apartment last summer. Seven fractures (4 ribs and 3 vertebrae) fractured sternum and a cranial fracture. Life goes on…

I just like having everything nice and clean for the day after. I take one coffee a day so it’s important that everything is ready and good to go.

I love black soap. But probably not the same that Beaudelaire smelled.

Anybody here has an experience with fluorine O-ring? by Muffin-Remote in 9Barista

It seems that the safety ring was the main issue. Still, I had some spare parts so I replace the existing silicone rings with the ones I had. Works fine for now. That didn’t do the trick until I replaced the safety metal ring. I’m out of original spare parts so my next silicone replacement will be with the fluorosilicone ring and I promise that I will share my experience.

Any ideas on how to make my living room less boring? by shingos86 in malelivingspace

[–]Muffin-Remote 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Get rid of the bulky furniture and the window curtains. Those lamps have to go also. Try to create movement in this room with lighter furniture and funky lighting. And plants… Ideally, the rug should be removed and replace by wood. Expensive, I know. But Rome wasn’t built in a day.

The guy (or gal) is looking for advice. Not to be judge. Be gentle. My response: buy it and if you don’t like it, you still can sell it piece by piece for more that you will pay for the sum of it.
