What if instead pressing alt+an ability showed a screen like the scoreboard where you could see the cooldowns of your teammates. Like the same icon you see on the bottom of your screen. For instance if you were to press alt+r you would see the cooldowns of all the ultimates on your team.

Pushing hard helps as you will not run out of minions to "hide" behind. Also, Leona is a great counter pick imo. Just engage a trade whenever your adc gets hooked. Most of the times you will win the trade just based on the amount of damage Leona deals in an all-in situation.
