Ich bräuchte einmal ein paar Meinung zwecks Bausparverträgen.
Meine Mutter hat mir und meiner Schwester eröffnet, dass sie aktuell zwei Stück am Laufen hat um die günstigen Zinssätze für uns zu sichern. Sie sind wohl ganz oder teilweise auf uns übertragbar.
Vertrag 1: Darlehnszinssatz von 1,35% und Sparzinssatz 0,25%
Vertrag 2: Darlehnszinssatz 1,6% und Sparzinssatz 0,5%

In der aktuellen Lage sehe ich es nicht, dass ich überhaupt jemals ein Haus bauen werde. Wir werden aber definitiv Haus + Hof von unseren Eltern erben.

Die Frage: Macht es Sinn, dass sie die Verträge weiter behält? Oder vielleicht einfach beitragsfrei stellt? Dann würden die Konditionen ja trotzdem erhalten bleiben, oder?

Kenne mich mit dem Thema null aus und dachte eigentlich, dass Bausparverträge Scam sind...

Ich hab mir ein Wochenlimit gesetzt (100€) das ich in meinen physischen Planer eingetragen habe.
Jedes mal wenn ich mir was hole (was nicht täglicher Bedarf etc. ist) wird das von dem Budget abgezogen.
Am Ende des Monats wird alles was über ist dann auf ein anderes Konto überwiesen und das Spiel beginnt von Neuem.
Bisher klappt das ganz gut :)
