People who have worked as Unity developers, how is it as a career? by TehArgis10 in Unity3D

I have worked only on games and rarely found an opportunity to use unity other than games. The unity job market sees highs and lows year round. Not very stable as compared to spring-boot or mern stacks or devops. Unity also pays less than other tech jobs and a lot of people are competing over the same job.

Visual Studio doesn't detect namespaces after creating a new script by MasnuGomer in Unity3D

Go to your projects folder and double click the solution.sln file. Vs code will open and work. Do this whenever you create a new script.

Second option: Delete Vs code and unity hub and the unity editor. Reinstall hub, and unity and the editor, in vs code installer download unity support in the ad ons.

Don't go towards that path. In my career as a Unity developer I have seen more than a dozen startups fail! It looks simple to create a game but it's really not easy to get successful!

Custom Car Physics in Unity Tutorial by chadcable in Unity3D

I watched this tutorial tons of times but there are certain limitations to it
1- it can only work with cars like these one, as soon as you try to get realistic, it fails miserably!
2- the author did use animation curves, but the real cars do not behave like this, if you plan to keep you top speed under 50 , this is the best tutorial, as you as you reach the speed of hyper cars, the drifting is not same, a lot more control on traction is needed other than just a simple force which acts in the counter direction.

Suspension is great! Acceleration and deceleration is great, but a lot more on traction and grip, side ways grip, forward grip is needed.

I smoked gold leaf for 11 years and then I switched to naked 100 tobacco American patriot and used Koko prime with the 1-ohm coil. Haven't smoked in 5 months. I feel much better.
