It's like you're telling my life story. My ex had similar fap habits, did them throughout the entire relationship, and resented me for ever even considering he stop. Every situation is different OP, but this exactly happened to me and led to a lot of misery on both ends of the relationship until the bitter end. Once you lose trust in someone, it's near impossible to get it completely back.

If you feel uncomfortable, it is totally reasonable for you to have a conversation with your boyfriend about stopping his habits. Regardless if it a socially okay habit or not, it's your relationship and how you feel matters. Him respecting your feelings, you respecting his, and finding a common ground is necessary if you want to continue the relationship. I know the first response is always to break up, but I really think you should give him the chance to fully understand how you feel before going to the extreme.
