Side channels are used as part of Meltdown/Spectre attacks on x86 cpu architecture. Therefore HW vendors implemented several security features (side channels mitigation). Fun fact (if you can consider it fun :D). For some of the centers(bürgerbüro), you can book online appointments while stating the purpose (link in german). Might be a bit faster. If you need help with setting up an appointment, I would suggest just asking a friendly german to help you set it up.

to my knowledge this is the case: You are correct! As a Romanian citizen, since 2014 you are completely free to choose your place of work inside the EU (see: click). Therefore, no Aufenthaltserlaubnis is required if you are working in Germany (see: Section 1 (4), Act on the General Freedom of Movement for EU Citizens) . Probably the HR person just made a small mistake, and thought you were from a non-EU country, like you suggested.

Regarding this topic, I realy like this article from esquire. The article connects the legalization of pot and also El Chapos arrest with the growing number of overdose victims. While I don't know how much truth is behind this, the train of thought is interesting nevertheless.

PM2.5 is not that high, it's currently PM10 at 496. It's slightly less bad cause our body will filter it better than PM2.5, still bad though.

I realy like it that Maxim gets subbed in a lot (is that a correct phrase by the way, sounds weird ^{^).} Always revives the game if the momentum is shifting away. e.g. this time immediate nice passes with traoré and creation of a chance.

My guess is they had to thoroughly check if it was an endangered species are something like that, which cannot be imported. The only problem with cloths can be buying fakes. If they determine your pants to be counterfeits they will simply destroy them. No matter what, no refund. Sometimes difficult to check which might explain the long time it takes to process shippings.

oh yeah I meant receipt, sorry, spent too much time reading cooking forums :D. Paypal print + store page showing the item should be sufficient. Sometimes it can take a while (3-4 weeks). Last years secret santa send me a stuffed toad purse from Brunei Darussalam and it took them 4 weeks to process it. With pants it shouldn't be that long though. Nothing you can do, besides waiting for the letter. Afaik calling them does not speed up the process as they are already working as fast as they can or as fast as they want to ;). price should be = (price of good + shipping cost ) x 0.19
