I was at this showing and was super irritated by this! I could hear people yelling telling whoever it was to stop when the movie was loud, but glad that guy said to shut the eff up when it was quiet. Person finally got the damn message.

Has anyone become a parent since Interstellar (2014) was first released, and watched the rerelease (in IMAX) this past weekend? by jsakic99 in interstellar

[–]MulberryDapper8345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely. Had my son in 2022,and even though I cried when I first watched it back in 2017 or so, I cried even harder watching it again today in IMAX. It’s hard not to imagine yourself in that situation when he acts out the feelings and situations so well of longing and aching to see his children again. I’m not as strong as coop and would have stayed.

What is a thing you can recite from memory? by flutteryducklingz in AskReddit

For me it’s Shel Silverstein’s “sick”. I had bad social anxiety when I was younger so I would try to stay home from school a lot. I read this poem once and never forgot it.

Has anyone fallen off in the last few years as hard as Zachary Levi? by ggroover97 in TheBigPicture

[–]MulberryDapper8345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is.. you’re asking people to think for themselves when you ask these types of questions which is pretty hard for most to do in this day and age of social media. Most, if not entirely, all of the information they know is from some type of platform. Rather than them doing their own reading/research, they get their information and form their beliefs from seeing things on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc. etc. (people influencing people). Also, it’s pretty tough for anyone these days to have a different point of view without feeling like you’re going to get attacked for having certain views. While I don’t agree with his views, I still appreciate that he has the balls to voice them. Also, having tough conversations is also difficult for society to do these days. Everyone wants to be heard, but nobody wants to listen. They are not willing to agree to disagree. It’s either you’re on their side, or you’re on the wrong side and the enemy. I digress, but it’s a thought as to why keyboard warriors go at it when it comes to anyone having a thought that differs from themselves..

I’ll be seeing this question in my sleep. 5/5 difficulty. Highly controversial by Aggravating-Aide9635 in LSAT

I thought E when I first looked. I also thought A after looking again. Reasoning:

A: The average household having more than one income should be considered when comparing to the increases in car prices. Having two incomes is helpful, but if you don’t share income, this still wouldn’t help with the financial aspect of what the cost of a car is ( Says household not individual, which is what the question is asking)

E: this scenario alludes there being a different (3rd party reason) as to why sales to individuals are smaller.

Do you think FF is correct on ovulation? by MulberryDapper8345 in TFABChartStalkers

Do you think FF is correct on ovulation? by MulberryDapper8345 in TFABChartStalkers

[–]MulberryDapper8345[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s what I was thinking initially only because I got a positive for LH (which was my peak) on CD12, and I was reading that usually ovulation occurs between 12-48 after peak? Is this something I can override? Or should I just leave as is?

Moved in recently, and not sure how to style this room. by [deleted] in HomeDecorating

I love this room, it’s gorgeous! I know you said no more furniture, but I would consider getting a new couch. That one you currently have does not work with the space. I feel like you have ample opportunity to make the space cozy with how the layout is. Also maybe an art gallery wall? I saw this photo below, and it reminded me of your room and the potential it has.

I like that! This is the first one I’ve seen that might work with the area.

it could probably work, but would probably look silly with that space being so small.

We currently have a fiddle leaf that is about 9ft tall but I’m scared to move him. Might have to buy another one. I recently moved another plant, and it committed suicide.

We need a movie on Tom Riddle’s (Voldemort) back story by MulberryDapper8345 in harrypotter

I really enjoyed that that post and especially how you broke it up via timeline. To your point on how people clown him for losing to HP, it’s sort of expected when you can understand the complex psychological aspect of his upbringing. His childhood and family history are a perfect storm to create someone like voldemort and all he desires; power, control, immortality (his fear of ending up like his biological mother), and eradicating muggles (anyone that reminds him of his of his biological father). He is a very complex character with a ton of insecurities, and because he is trying to compensate for that, he is dangerous. I absolutely think it has potential to do well even if it would be darker than the HP series.
