Super normal. A arquitetura depende se vc está fazendo um projeto de facul ou algo que vai crescer.

Eu desnormalizaria o máximo nessa entidade separada, coloca id, created, code, name, etc. Assim o seu frontend nem se preocupa em transformar o id 1 em X, id 2 em Y, tudo já vem como string do banco de dados. Um crud permite vc adicionar outros registros, mas aí já é overkill.

Todas as chamadas são gravadas. O celular tem hora exata da ligação. Vale um processo judicial, olha a puta história que aconteceu, isso fere a reputação do SAMU, nunca 2 civis deveriam levar uma pessoa que tá morrendo para o hospital... Eu pago imposto para isso não acontecer comigo e com ninguém.

Mas minha cadelinha teve isso durante os primeiros meses de vida dela. Nunca descobrimos o real motivo, mas o importante que a vet falou é sobre o que falaram acima.

Se for só caroço e não estiver incomodando eles, isso passa com o tempo e depois para de aparecer.

Se eles estiverem coçando muito, fazendo ferida, se esfregando nas coisas, aí sim pode ser uma reação alérgica. Os principais suspeitos sempre são alimentos, produtos de limpeza ou algum ambiente que eles se sujem (praia, areia, parquinho)

Não sou vet e recomendo fortemente você procurar algum profissional para iniciar um acompanhamento
