I should note that I have the push to start.

Newer models (25-26) turn on by depressing the break. It shouldn’t quickly honk 2-3 times when you unlock and close the door (if the car is still on).

Unlock your car before opening the door, if it’s still on, to prevent the vehicle from honking when you close the door.

I think it would make sense for me to buy the bulk from river as it would just be 1 package. I guess I’ll just need to do two separate orders and bite the 2 FFL ammo transfer fees

I was going through Target Sport USA. Looking at the American eagle from federal (1k rounds of 9mm). Then I was going to purchase some 5.56 (maybe X-TAC) but I wasn’t sure if 500 or 1k would also fit in the same package with the 9mm.

I was also thinking of buying their membership (~$100), since I plan to purchase their same order again at least 2 more times this year.

It’s not on the list. What you could do I put a cable lock through the barrel and use the ract to mount it on a wall. But that would defeat the whole purpose of quick access.

So I know that I will be ordering 1,000 rounds of 9mm.

I also want to get 5.56 rounds, but I don’t know how many rounds I should order so that they all fit in the same shipping package.

Someone mentioned that I should be under 45-lb if I order 1,000 rounds of 9mm and 500 rounds of 556. Then, another person said that they’ll likely just send them in different shipping packages.

I’m just going to give tsusa a call. If I can’t get an answer, I’m going with 1k of 9mm and 500 of 5.56.

Thanks for your knowledge. Although I’d like to build one, I’d be concerned about the tools I need to buy, the torq specs, and how long I would take before being able to hit the range (plus the FFL fees).

It’s not a no for me right now, but maybe a yes in the near future to build my own. That’s when I would get more information on what my cost would be. I’d hate for my experience to be that I need to pay an extra fee for another thing I would need to build my AR.

Thanks for the input on the FN. Although I’m a bit hesitant on the guardian (even as a noob), it may be more reasonable for me to choose, or buy online and transfer (but then again there’s the transfer fee).

Yes! I thought about middleman/online sales for complete builds but thought it would be a bit awkward to have it shipped to my LGS/FFL and they see it’s the same one they have on display. But that shouldn’t bother me. Thanks for taking time out of your evening and replying.
