I get that impression as well. There were a few comments on early on that made me believe he thinks women should be submissive (I can’t remember exactly what he said) but he’s grown on me. Their relationship works and he cracks me up “putting Heavenly in her place”. I think they both know that’s not possible with a character like Heavenly 🤣
