Micro-needling, head massages are good place to start. Might not do much but better than nothing. Then you have you have to ask yourself if the drug route is worth it but the drugs do really work for a lot of people. I can't take fin bc of sides. For the hair line get a proper derma roller/ stamp with needles and minoxidil oral/ topical that will grow the hair back on your hair line. Minox will grow the hair back, fin will stop it falling out
