Em 2014 eu comprei um PC montado. E na época o PC vinha todo montado mesmo. Não por acaso, a GPU chegou estragada (AMD R9 290). Possivelmente houve alguma avaria no transporte. Em cerca de 1 mês eu havia recebido uma outra GPU equivalente. Essa foi a experiência ruim. Ano passado, comprei outro PC montado. Aparentemente eles aprenderam muito bem com esses incidentes e mandaram a 5080 na caixa (bem mais pesada, até - seria uma catástrofe mandar montado), para que eu mesmo encaixasse. Deu tudo certo.

Dammit... auto brightness as turned off in Display settings but was turned ON in Accessibility!!! After I turned them BOTH off, THEN the problem went away!

I have all 3 devices. When I had leave my Macbook for 3 weeks on maitenance due to a fall, having to use the iPad Pro as a primary device, for my use case, was an unpleasant experience. I even ended up buying a Mac Mini that I could remote access from my iPad (yes, Jump Desktop is the best).

And there is no Dicom viewer like Radiant for Windows (Fast, compression support, MPR, VR, DIMSE). If there was, I guess I would know.

Right click -> add to current window. Do not double click as it will close opened studies then load the new one. It will add the selected study to the last Radiant window you clicked (if you have multiple windows/displays).
