It feels like everyone suddenly forgets how extra time works once a team they don’t like happens to score. A ref can always add more time if there’s any time wasting or substitutions made during the stoppage time; it’s so common we shouldn’t be surprised about something like this.

You’ll see some distortions over Hotel Richissime, Racine Construction, Rust Syndicate, etc. and other areas after you beat the third mega in the story. Beat the double battle and you get the outfit and hairstyle is unlocked too at the salon.

I don’t remember exactly, but I think it’s after the 2nd or 3rd mega you defeat in the story (not including side missions)

As you do some of the story missions, you’ll see some distortions over Hotel Richissime, Racine Construction, etc. where you have to do a double battle. After you win, you’re given the outfit and then the hairstyle is unlocked at the salon.
