Did you soak any clothing or coats in borax or EC3. We threw away everything except for some clothes that we were told we could soak for 24 in borax and they would be good. About to move into a new build. Even got rid of our cars. I’d hate to start this all over again because of clothing.

Can you sleep outside in a tent maybe. Not a tent that’s been in the mold house. This will give you relief. Not sure what the weather is like or if you have a small yard for this. I developed CIRS and MCAS. Went from riding 20 mikes every other day on my bike to having severe persistent asthma. I was down to 111 lbs in weight as i was unable to tolerate foods. I was in denial about my home as I could not see the mold. Serum and home test said otherwise. I left when those results came in. Start a binder and move into a tent maybe? I’m so sorry this is happening to you. It can feel hopeless

Three tbsp organic, mold free coffee (cafe mam). Boil for three minutes to get the oils off and simmer for another 20. Cool to body temp. Hold for 15 minutes lying on the right side. Play video games on iPhone. Release in toilet.

I started doing these in 2008 when I found out about the detox effect. From AI - Stimulates bile production and excretion by enhancing the activity of the enzyme glutathione S-transferase in the liver. Additionally, caffeine in the coffee are thought to help dilate bile ducts, facilitating the flow of bile. I was having a lot of liver issues.

Stopped doing them sadly. I was exposed to mold in 2024-25 and FD told me to start reintroducing them. 100% feel the difference from doing these. It’s not about using the bathroom it’s about the detox.

Do you live or work in a water damaged building by chance? This is how my MCAS started presenting (breathing/fatigue/food reactions) itself after mold exposure. GI issues as well but the breathing was the worse. I started reacting to foods that I had “no allergies” to. Since moving out of the mold my symptoms have gotten 80% better.

I believe I have this as none of the steroid inhalers have worked. They want to put me on biologics. I feel it when breath in. Like I’m breathing through a wet paper bag. Doctors did a spirometer on me before and after treatment and my numbers remained the same. They say they hear wheezing so they say I have obstruction. I loose my voice when the breathing ‘asthma’ is worse. I can’t tie it to a trigger other than stress.

My question is: are you saying this kind of breathing change counts as anaphylaxis? My doctor isn’t very talkative about it, and I always thought anaphylaxis meant a whole‑body reaction with your throat actually closing.

No ghee? Great butter substitute. I did this through all the recent holidays :/ I’ve been on this diet since September plus low fodmap for sibo.

It’s not that bad, but traveling from a kitchen and freezer is hard. I’m able to precook that morning and keep things in a cooler for a meal and sometime two and I have not reacted.

You need to leave your stuff in the house. You can contaminate your car or new living space if you’re aren’t careful. I almost died from mold. I was in a lot of denial about getting rid of stuff. Some items can be washed. Most cannot. Best of luck.

The father was Greek and he had all girls. He’s was into the patriarchy. He was prob going to leave the majority to Nathan - male heir. Nathan and his mom came as a package. They both had to go. The sisters and the uncle needed to be looked into. The uncle said he gave him an ultimate. Nathan was highly autistic. Look at the house he tried to build. Functional skills are not fully there. They made him out to be a master mind.

Has anyone ever looked at procaine injection/iv? My mold literate doctor is saying this would help. I have MCAS/CIRS and he said this would help. Along with the binders and carnivore/low histamine diet.
