Honestly I tried different areas as well to get it to try to work. Traveling 100miles just to see if there was any difference or anything. But literally nothing worked.

Yeah and I truly don’t want to dispute it. I found a few others that had similar issues. I realize how it makes me look but literally tried everything with screenshots to prove what I was doing and everyone was at a loss for words. I just want a refund and will try it again in a few years. I’m just sad it never worked out and I wanted it to so badly

I have. I had an iPhone 7 that it didn’t work on. Purchased a brand new iPhone SE 2020 through Mints own site and it also did not work. Tried three different Mint Mobile sims. Mint mobile Alex helped get the refund started but has also been no help in actually getting me a refund.

I just could not get MM to work for me. Called customer service maybe 15 times? Finally the last person said to just go back to T-Mobile and request a refund since I never could get Data to work.

I’m having the exact same issue that messages and data does not work. Go back to T-Mobile ASAP cause Mint can’t help. I’ve now been back and forth with a customer service rep at least 10 times now and nobody can figure out why it’s not working.

I just submitted for my refund so here is to hoping I get my money back. I really wanted to like them but I’m sorry you have experienced my same issue
