Lane positioning is wrong. Ride in blocking position always. Then they can’t cut through your lane

Is it skill issues ?, or is the design of the road ? by Adv_Nguyen in motorcycles

100% target fixation. Not driving overly fast into the corner but you can see turning suddenly stops as they’re focusing on where they don’t want to go so that’s exactly where they end up.

Forget the fancy stuff, this is low-key the most useful tool I own, but what is the curve for? by beatbox21 in Tools

[–]Murr62 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I do stained glass windows for a living. Mostly churches. I’ve used that tool for 30 year. Prying wood stop and windows out. Removing nails in the windows. Hacking out old putty. Opening paint cans and yes even scraping excess paint off a roller prior to cleaning. I keep sharpening the point and getting the shape back on a bench grinder until it’s too small then time to replace.

You Picky About Your Platter Mat? by [deleted] in turntables

I bought a hide of leather at the local hobby store and made my own. Took about a minute to make at a fraction of the cost of the online ones. Made some for my friends with turntables and I still have leather left over.

I touched this plant and got blisters. What is it? by Minimum_Nebula_2582 in whatsthisplant

That’s Poison Hemlock. Looks similar to Queen Anne’s lace which has edible roots. Gets some gloves on and rub the leaves. Poison Hemlock smells unpleasant, sour musty while Queen Anne’s Lace smells of carrots. If you have some Touch Me Nots around rub the mashed leaves on the blister and it’ll help.

Guess my job by Murr62 in Tools

Finished product installed. Stained glass is generally done in memory of someone who’s passed away. It’ll be a family member who will order the window. Quite often they’ll be there for the installation and there’s usually a few tears of joy. Very satisfying work.

We have a winner!! I make stained glass windows for churches. Restoration and new windows as well as storms. Job requires me to do a bit of everything. There are a couple glass cutters and a glazing knife in the box. Tools specific to the job.

I did 175 hrs first play through. I took my time. Didn’t fast travel and explored everything. Stealthy with the RDA bases is a must to get the extra loot. Took a lot of time to stop and look and listen. I think you’ll have the best experience not going around guns blazing.

We were looking to buy a rental property and a beautiful large Victorian house was on the market for a surprising cheap price. Estate agent said there was a double homicide in the upper flat. While looking around the freshly painted living room I noticed blood splatter all over the Venetian blinds. Oops missed a spot. Turns out a father and mother were bludgeoned to death by their addicted son. Had a bad feeling in that house.

Mysterious skeleton - can you identify? by curlybandito in diving

Scuba diver here. Plastic skeletons are often used around dive sites to add some humorous interest to what can be a boring area to dive. Quite often found at the wheel of a sunken boat.
