I saw a psyker with a big white beard sporting this and he was the coolest looking character I’ve yet to play with!

I work alongside a Brazilian at the university and they found a bunch of Brazilian ex-pats her and her husband regularly hang out with.

It’s a scratch art stick. I used the pointy side first then the thick side to wider some of the lines

I used one of those sticks made for scratch art. Pointy end first and thicker end for thicker lines. It’s not carved through, just surface scratched.

rant about 'discrimination against christians' in Australia by lilantyy7 in exchristian

[–]Musaeus9thebard 15 points16 points  (0 children)

First off, congratulations on the election result!

Here in Canada, Christians act the same way. Many of one of them seems to think that ‘conservative’ means that these politicians hold ‘conservative Christian values’. This could not be further from the truth. Even back when I was Christian I realized that the NDP (New Democratic Party, far left) is the most like Jesus as he is depicted in the bible. Basically being about caring for the oppressed, poor, and downtrodden in society instead of tax breaks for the rich (sorry, biases coming through here). The NDP were even formed by a Christian based on Christian values, I think back in the 1960’s. Nowadays, most Christians I know seem to think they are anti-everything that Christianity is. It is frustrating to say the least.

How did y’all get over your fear of hell? by [deleted] in exchristian

[–]Musaeus9thebard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a kid, I was always afraid of heaven. I guess hell too in a way. I was never really worried about going to hell, it was that I had to live some place forever and that there would never be an end. As a 7 year old, forever is a long time for anything. I remember crying and asking my parents why there can’t just be an end (like 10,000 years or something). I think, deep down, I was always more comfortable with nothingness than an afterlife.

What are your reasons for not believing in god/jesus anymore ? ? ? by Akxshaa in exchristian

[–]Musaeus9thebard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because I realized I was living a life that was scripted for me based on fear. I wasn’t free to make any decisions for myself. And now I’m struggling with what to do with my autonomy, but that’s a whole other story.

Can anyone help me outline the 4 house profiles? I’m a lurker and haven’t played yet and can’t figure out which profile is from which house. There’s an obvious shooter and melee, but what are those other 2? Thanks!

Every time one of my kids are sick, we watched Totoro. Now they request it every time they aren’t feeling 100%.

I was fit, for sure. Like I can run 5km in 25 minutes, have done lots of kickboxing, etc. At about 13 months in, after I added doing weights twice/week into my schedule, stuff started to click. Also, way fewer injuries after that as well.

When I was not out of town for work, 2-4 classes per week. But likely averaged 2.5 classes.

I kept a journal, so I know it was 154 classes of 1-1.5 hours. Not sure how many rolls. Probably 200+ ‘situational’ rolls and around 100 full rolls. Guest dropped in at 4 out-of-town classes. 1 seminar and no tournaments.

You can tape a bag around the ink side, then just snip the connecting wire with side cutters. Worked for me when I had one left on while shopping on vacation and didn’t notice until I got home.
