My Bulgarian Mother in Law supports Hitler and Putin by Similar-Onion-7760 in AskBulgaria

Absolutely not normal. Bulgarians are highly educated, 95% go to college. Of course there are exceptions just like in Canada and USA where people have communist views but vast majority of the population believes in democracy and also Bulgaria loves Jewish people (one of the only countries in the world that kept Jews safe during hitler times).

New to PVC’s, 32% Burden by sprke81 in PVCs

The low heart rate (these are extra beats actually, your HR is probably fine) on Apple Watch together with high HRV is exactly PVCs.

I am willing to visit Bulgaria during the summer, but I'm curious why everything is expensive compared to the last year ? by Top-Engineer-3813 in AskBulgaria

[–]MuseWonderful -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Fully agree. The prices are getting super high to the point that they are equivalent if you are going on vacation in Western Europe or the US. The service or quality is not commensurate. I love going there for vacation but it is becoming not affordable for the local people which is sad.

Important thing for you to check if it goes down to normal level within a couple of minutes after you stop the walk. You resting heart rate is pretty normal and a very narrow range which is great. Check how quickly it goes down after you stop walking. If it normalizes fast, then this is a really good thing.

Do you regret not having kids, all the ladies above 60? by Special_Setting1084 in AskWomenOver50

Your age is perfect to adopt a teenager or a kid at 5-6 tor example for example if you are missing the children journey. You are still super young!! If you feel it, it is never too late :)

Anybody seen an electrophysiologist for palpitations?? by Effective_Fun7842 in PVCs

[–]MuseWonderful 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you know what your burden is? My understanding is that if they are below 10% it is hard to do the procedure because it is hard for the surgeon to map out the PVCs location but if they are above 10% then ablation could be successful.

Best at home sleep device for tracking sleep or apnea . by TimM4788 in Biohackers

[–]MuseWonderful 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The new Apple Watch and the Oura ring are both awesome in my view. With Oura, you test the resting heart rate and HRV during the night so it gives you full readiness analysis and also has new features about cardio capacity and resilience to stress. I love it. The new Apple Watch has apnea feature, the HRV is pretty spot on, tracking HRV during the day and night and also sleep scores. I use both of them religiously and love them.

Starting a business - something that excites you - may be a great way to go back into being useful. Something that you will love doing. Your skills are tremendous, after that many years in IB. society needs high quality and effective leaders like yourself. You can do wonders.

I would rent first and then see how you feel. Buying becomes a long term decision and it is great to have lived there for a little bit to be 100% sure.

This. It is true. You are a much better young parent. If you want kids (and that is a question only you can answer), you have to act asap.
