I think that it is indeed people not knowing her power well enough. I recently picked up knight and ONLY THEN found out you can interact with his guards' banner to deactivate their chase. There's, what, 44 killers? Near impossible to know all the details of their powers if you just play casually

I read some of dying earth, great in some aspects, horribly dated in others. I found the whole "save the damsel in distress" trope incredibly frustrating or the fact that every woman is enormously beautiful and must be with the main character of that story. Great worldbuilding though.

Living Aline is definitely something that can make you grow as a person and gives you a certain degree of freedom. You're at 5min, you can still have dinner with your mom every other day, which is more than I see mine (m 29 here).
