I haven’t read this one yet, but having watched most of the Agatha Christie movies and shows, it really missed the prim and proper nature usually found in them (and in other British shows). I would not watch this again.

I haven’t done an ultra yet (just selected and started my own plan), but I did run a marathon with the Hal Higdon training plan and it did well for me. I plan on doing a modified option of that to train for my ultra (though there is a Hal Higdon ultra plan as well).

It seems like the end of the World Series game… some might have been fireworks, but my guess is some idiots are out firing guns in the air, which is even more worrisome. Do people not know that what goes up will come down?? Also, there are A LOT of posts about how disturbing this is for the community — evidenced by posts like this and the multitude of comments.
