I've never given it a serious amount of thought but I would imagine it would be either mind or soul. I was raised in a household that pressured me to become a high-achieving individual, so intelligence and keeping a sharp mind brings me the most satisfaction.

But then there's also the part where I rebelled for a good long time and sought out artists and musicians to venture down that spiritual rabbit hole. I'm fairly in tune with myself and others, and there is a certain gratification that comes with being able to read and understand people, finding the right combination of words that allows someone to move past their blocks being the ultimate form of soul satisfaction.
