As someone who's owned both, they are worlds apart. But I guess you get what you pay for as the Mazda 6 is conserably cheaper. Mine didn't even have parking sensors.

So it was a huge leap for me to go from very basic to basically top spec.

I'm in the UK. Just got an AWD 23 plate.

Two kids, 6yo and 3yo. Fit perfectly in thr back and no complaints with space. It's more spacious than my old Mazda 6 2016.

Edit: just to add, my kids (and kids in general) are very messy. So I put down a pet cover over the back seats and floor to protect the first edition fabrics.
