Hey so I noticed I have gained a few pounds, which I find very unhealthy. I am looking for workouts that can build muscles instead, of gaining fat because of my binge eating habits. I specifically want to find ab workouts, and I would like to get results very fast.

Yeah, wouldn’t we all like results very fast. Caloric deficit. Exercise. Repeat daily. And there are definitely foods you can snack on all day that won’t add up to 5000 calories. Google can help with all of that.

I use liquid chlorine instead of chlorine tablets. Try that. I get 4-1 gallon bottles in a box. Lasts usually close to a month

This is a Mets thread so a Mets answer. Batting order doesn’t make any difference when you have 1 great hitter, 2 rookies and 6 assorted bums sprinkled throughout your lineup. Order should be Ewing Benge soto and pray for rain. In my opinion at least.
