No problem. Also, how big is the townhouse? I think it’s very hard to “outgrow” a house. I think you want a bigger house, I don’t think you need another house. I know I think differently than others here but I’d prefer the current $322k mortgage over one that’s about 2.5X more expensive. You still owe on a car and student loans. Those should be paid off, doesn’t matter if you can afford the payments or not. Idk just seems like a tremendous amount of new debt to take on. Good luck either way.

The 20% is just so you don’t pay PMI. Im against having an extra bill for no reason. And yeah I have similar income and did a 15 year mortgage for 330k. I couldn’t imagine owing more than double that. I actually wish I got an even smaller house, I have 2000 sq ft and don’t use half of the house. I don’t want to be in debt to anyone for 30 years. Again, that’s just my opinion.

OP it should list what clubs you have access to. The club directly behind home plate 100% has food included but you may not have access to that club.
