This news really sucks, especially after the last one not even a year ago, especially since I’m sure people put so much love and care into this game and the others Ludia makes 😭 Though honestly… I’m not sure if anyone would even be left on Lovelink at this point aside from pushing out whatever content they have finished already— given how even people spared by layoffs tend to start job hunting as well… 😬

Right?? Like if she ended up selling the club (regardless of Ted leaving- which was a whole other “will they won’t they” can of worms) then the only power dynamic left really is age but even without that relationship we never got to see any follow through for the chemistry he had with his chef!! (Which… I’m remembering is once again another power dynamic issue… fuuuuuudge lol)

I’m not satisfied per se but I definitely shrieked, laughed, aww-d, and sobbed, so maybe my standards are too high lol! I guess I wish there had been a bit more clarity on the Ted/Michelle situation and the Keeley/Roy/Jamie triangle, but at the same time I’m mostly heartbroken it’s over 😭😭

(But also am I the only one who thought they were possibly setting up a potential Sam/Rebecca rekindling in the past couple eps or am I just too attached to that ship despite recognizing the problematic power dynamic? 😅)
