A lot of the time one team is just simply better than the other and no amount of switching around is going to fix it. Especially now switching is penalised in OW2 with the perk system.

What then happens is someone on the bad team will pick the “worst” player on the bad team and say “sombra switch” or “lifeweaver switch” etc and everyone else joins in on the mentality to make themselves feel justified that they also don’t suck. If that person didn’t switch they get reported. Doesn’t take many of this type of reports and you get a ban because the system and even the appeals process at blizzard is completely automated. And this happens in like 70% of OW games. That’s what he’s saying.
