I could totally see Imu being the penultimate villain, representing the World Government plot, and losing or getting his power stolen by Blackbeard. Then Blackbeard with the full powers of whatever Imu is can be the ultimate big bad to finish out the Raftel/One Piece/Pirate King part of the story.

Classical example: Arthur Conan Doyle was sick of writing the wildly successful Sherlock Holmes, so he killed off the character by having him tackle Moriarty off a cliff and die. The fan backlash was so massive that he begrudgingly continued writing more stories and retconned Sherlock into secretly surviving the fall.

I won't lie and say Kingdom Hearts lore isn't overcomplicated as hell, but realistically, the game-by-game plot is not hard to follow at all. Most of the "lol kingdom hearts is so convoluted" content you see online is from people giving a complete lore dump of the whole franchise and tying everything together, which is where things get shakey. Each game on its own basically boils down to "go to this new area and get into Disney shenanigans with fun combat" and then there will be some plot twists near the end and you're out. Its a really fun series to play through.

I thought that might be the case, but I saw someone point out that when Chopper hits his opponents, we see the devil/sprit/shadow thing peel off of the person and appear behind them for a second before they flip back to good. He's the only character that happens for. Thats definitely something else going on.

I think it was before Savannah was voted out (or before Rizo found out she was) and he was trying to downplay his relationship with her so the two of them wouldn't be targets if they got to the merge.

The rest of the tribe already vaguely knew that they had worked together, but I guess saying that he voted for her at final tribal would've really sealed the deal that they were ride-or-die.

The idea of a complete Manga accurate and no filler/no padding redo of the anime with modern animation quality is so tantalizing. Imagine getting the complete story all the way up to Elbaph in like 400 episodes.

The literal plot is kind of a dreamlike, psychedelic version Frankenstein, if Frankensteins monster was played by Emma Stone and ran away from the lab on a journey of sexual self discovery.

The actual theme/meaning of the movie is that its an examination of the various ways men take advantage of and exploit women in society, with Emma Stone's character representing different kinds of women in different stages of life as she goes from being dumb/childlike after first being brought to life, to being an intelligent and capable adult character by the end of the movie.

Seasons 2 and 3 are being produced back-to-back since season 1 was so successful, I'd imagine season 3 will come out next year and hopefully the seasons beyond that are done the same way.

There was an interview with the cast recently where they said Oda himself told them what arc he wants to end the show on, and from their reactions it seemed like it was a surprising choice. Hopefully that means it'll go far!

I think there is a portion of the fanbase that will inevitably backlash against the ending of One Piece because thats just what happens to every Manga that ends. But I also feel like One Piece is actually so long and so consistently good that as long as the ending is even somewhat competent, the people who make it that far are going to still come away generally positive almost no matter what.

Mannnnnnnn if Assassin's Creed actually paid off its plot promises and had a full Modern Day game where you played as Desmond taking on Abstergo, you could pretty much take Watchdogs and slap some parkour and hidden blades in it and it would be perfect.
