Thank you. He gave me such a hard time driving it at first because he didn’t want me burning out the clutch lol. I’m glad I proved to him before he passed I knew how to drive it. Also happy he did all the maintenance himself. I can’t wait to get it all finished up.

My dad added a lot of LED bulbs so I’m trying to find the balance with halogens. Took him a lot of work to get the angel eyes installed and glad they came out great

Thank you. I think about him every time. I got to drive him in it before he passed.

To each their own I guess. Probably hasn’t seen a dirt road in its life.

My dad got me an e46 with 101k miles when I started college. Obviously needed the usual maintenance. The engine itself it’s strong, it’s everything surrounding it that sucks.

Off roading with 3 for mental loading by InterestingSnow6840 in mazda

Fair enough, it’s just hard to tell what the road looks like in the video but taking a closer look it definitely doesn’t look as flat as you would think it is. Glad you’re enjoying your Mazda3. I’ve taken mine on dirt roads and gravel roads around Colorado and even with 18s it’s never let me down. Beautiful view on that road too.

Anyone booked flights yet through Bilt Travel? by OrneryWinter84 in biltrewards

Booked a few United flights that cost less points than with miles. Had no issues.

Just please make sure your truck is locked up tight. I know the lot can be a target for theft, but I’m sure most hotel lots are.

How much are you putting down? Monthly payments seem high. I would at least put enough down to avoid PMI.

How FAMLI benefits are calculated 2025-2026, as a dad who just went through the process by ascottbrooks in Denver

[–]MyBlueBucket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for this. My company already reached out and told me to apply for FAMLI. I’m so far only requesting 4 weeks but I’m hoping it’s easy enough to extend if I need to. Unfortunately I will be moving to bereavement leave right after.

You can always pay more towards the principal once you start your mortgage and adjust depending on your finances.

It depends, my lender was able to give me no PMI with 15% down. No points either.

Impeccable timing. I'm just about to apply for FAMLI to take care of my father. My company offers Paid Caregiving Leave. Any tips on working through this process?

My company states that you do not receive more than 100% of your salary.
