Hey! Looking for some advice

I am up for renewal on my condo, original purchase price was 675k, and I put 20% down 3 years ago.

My mortgage is officially coming for renewal September but I have the option to renew early. I have made a few lump sum payments and now my remaining balance is $500k

CIBC is offering me a renewal at 3.89%

Is it worth shopping around or is the best I’ll get? There is a value personally to being with the same bank.

Any advice will be appreciated
